Y'all volunteered to help, so I'm asking a favor of you. Took me forever, but I finally got a program running on these that should not only make things unhackable, but also scramble posts so that anyone reading them sees something else. Should make it so when you set something private or locked to people, anyone who tries hacking into it will think they've managed to hack in but'll get some post about how it sucks here, or they miss being back home, or they hate their job, etc.

I've managed to get it so that even I can't hack into it once I use a PDA to set it private and then try to get into it with another PDA, but I'd like y'all to check my work. Even if you can't hack into it, if you see something that you think would work better in the program or have a few codes to add to make it even better, that'd be much appreciated.

I ain't so much worried about making sure people's private entries stay private as making these a secure place to make plans. Figure if the best of us can't manage to hack into them, the government probably can't, either. It's not foolproof, a'course, no matter how good we are there's always the chance that someone'll be better, but it's worth a shot.

Got another part to this post that's a private message to a friend. All I see when I try to hack into it is me telling her that homework is a huge hassle, but could you guys try and hack into it and let me know if you could get in?

Thanks again.

Thanks for letting me use your PDA a bit for my project, Star, I really appreciate it.

Think it's finally done, but I'm getting people to check my work, so don't tell no one what's in this message, kay?

Oh very good. Very good indeed. Exceptional in fact.
I may have a few minor tweaks to add...if you want them, that is....just a few little Time Lord tricks. I may be able to manipulate part of the programme to help with the scrambling aspects...there appears to be a small delay at the moment. For instance, as soon as you post, if someone's looking during a certain window of time, they'll see the real post before the scrambling takes affect. What I can do is manipulate that delay so it doesn't exist...or at least, not in perceived time. Does that make sense?

I'm sorry to say the scrambling doesn't fully affect me - it's because of the link I have with my ship...you see, she translates things for me (also partly to do with my own mind). Basically, even when I'm just doing normal human level hacking, I see both the real and 'fake' messages overlapping each other. I think, overall, really really really brilliant job...would definitely work on people with advanced technology up to, ohhh, 38th century, at least!...give or take a few species.

Um, I kinda suck at hacking. As in I have no idea how to do it... Looks good though. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

Well at least there's one more thing for people to try to hack on here.

How varied are the scrambled messages? If there to similar to each other they might catch on.

You are most welcome, Friend! You are welcome to it anytime you desire!

Congratulations! I shall not tell a soul, although I do not think it will matter. If you have designed it then no one shall be able see it!

Dude. This is some really good stuff. Better than anything I've ever seen, and I've broken into the FBI database.

I've got just one or two things to add on to the scrambling code, just to make it even more difficult. Overkill can't hurt, right?
